Founded on a deep conviction that no child should ever be denied an education because of financial hardship, Anyemi Foundation was created to bring dignity, opportunity, and a future to underprivileged children across Africa.
We recognize the devastating impact that poverty has on children’s access to education. A simple school uniform, a set of textbooks, or a few unpaid school fees often become the walls that stand between a child and their dreams.
We exist to tear down those walls.
Our work begins with one child, but our vision reaches entire communities, nations, and generations. By supporting children’s education, we also support families, uplift communities, and contribute to a brighter Africa built on empowered youth.
The vision for Anyemi Foundation was born out of the personal experiences and compassion of our founder, Mr. Jonas Ayitevie, who personally witnessed the struggles of children locked out of school due to financial challenges. Instead of waiting for help to come from somewhere else, he made a bold decision:
“I will personally fund and drive this mission until no child is left behind.”
What started as a personal act of giving has now grown into a foundation dedicated to impacting thousands of lives — and expanding across Ghana and Africa. Today, the work continues with unwavering commitment, professional structure, and a strong vision for the future.
